What BridgeMarket is
BridgeMarket Signals is a data and analytics subscription. We provide property intelligence, motivation scoring, and alerting built from licensed data APIs and public records. We are not a real-estate brokerage, we do not negotiate on anyone's behalf, we do not facilitate assignments, and we never charge fees contingent on a transaction.
Your subscription
Plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trial accounts get full plan access for 14 days with no payment method on file. We may verify investor identity before or after granting access.
Acceptable use
Data is licensed for your internal investment decisions. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish raw data or bulk exports; may not use the service to send unsolicited communications where prohibited by law; and must comply with applicable telemarketing, CAN-SPAM, and state wholesaling regulations in any outreach you conduct.

Scores, estimates, and reports are statistical opinions produced by software, not appraisals, not opinions of value, and not investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify independently before transacting.
